Traditionally, close-up lenses heavily degraded image quality, but NiSi have used all of their latest and greatest technology to ensure that image quality remains excellent. It incorporates double optical corrective glasses with apochromatic design and a multi-nano coating, to give you uncompromised resolution and a natural colour with almost no purple/green fringing both within focus and in bokeh.
Compatibility
The lens sits in a 77mm screw-in casing that attaches to the filter thread of the lens. Included are 72mm and 67mm step rings, allowing use on most telephoto lenses.
Magnification
The magnification achieved depends on the focal range of lenses – it will be higher with longer focal lengths. The magnification is close to 1:1 at 200mm.
